We at JBM Global School teach invaluable Life Skills with lasting impacts. These life skills are as important as reading and writing. We brought these skills to make them responsible, develop healthier eating habits and reconnect with nature.
3 May 2021 – Swisswich Sesame Sandwich
Students were delighted to make a healthy sandwich with hung curd, healthy veggies , honey and sesame seeds which included all the nutrients, vitamins, fiber of seeds and sweetness of honey.They also realized how a sandwich can be made healthy without using mayo, ketchup and cheese.
5 May 2021 – Biscuit Custard Pudding
Students were really excited to make a homemade healthy dessert in no time. They enjoyed making it with whole wheat biscuits, homemade custard, nuts and orange juice.
7 May 2021 – Healthy Fudge Bars
Thinking of a dessert makes everyone happy. This time the students enthusiastically participated in making a healthy dessert with sweetness of dates, nutrition of nuts, goodness of clarified butter and bitterness of cocoa.
4 May 2021 – Immunity Balls
Immunity is something which cannot be attained at once, so students were briefed about the importance of immunity. Theywere elated to make immunity balls with dates, nuts, dry coconut and a healthy spoon of clarified butter. They also offered the ladoos to their God in the form of prashaad.
6 May 2021 – Nutrition on a plate
Who doesn’t love colors on a plate? Having colors with complete nutrition on a plate brought a smile on the students’ faces. They loved including all the colorful and healthy veggies like beet root, carrot, cabbage, Spinach mixed with a sweet, spicy and tangy dressing.
8 May 2021 – Magical Sticks
What a lovely end to the healthy snacks week!
Students were eager to make magical sticks with bread corners, melted chocolate and butter and decorated it with colorful sprinklers and gems.
Bringing smiles and sweetness in every home brought
a beautiful and delicious end to the healthy snacks’ week.
