“Yoga is essentially a practice for your soul, working through the medium of your body.” More then 50 students of different classes (V- VIII) participated in Yoga performed online in summer camp mode. The activity was specially designed to analyze and improve the fitness of each participant. Various types of Asanas, Pranayam and meditation were taught. At the end of the session, students have learned to do different Asanas such as Padmasana, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Makarasana,Vajarasana, Shashankasanaand Pavanmuktaasana .
Aerobics can do wonders for our health. It is a good way to keep ourselves healthy and active. Keeping this in mind, Aerobics session was conducted for the students of class V – VIII. Students did the exercises such as *squats, arm circles, jumping jacks, back turns, ski hops* and many more enthusiastically. All the children thoroughly enjoyed this fun filled workout session.
